INTRODUCING LANDR ’15 SECOND TIPS’ THE POP MONTREAL EDITION
We took Pop Montreal as an excuse to start an on-going series entitled ‘15 Second Tips’ In which artists give tips on recording, production, music, life or whatever they are feeling in the moment.
Pop Montreal Music Festival is a staple to the Montreal community, hosting over 300 bands throughout unique venues in the city. Because we understand the difficulties bands have during festivals, we thought it’d be cool to pitch in and roadie for artists, learn more about the LANDR Rescue Squad.
15 Second Tip 01: Ben Borden
We gave Solar Year and Dreamboy producer/ collaborator a lift. He gave us a tip on stereo imaging. Thanks for kicking off the series Ben!
15 Second Tip 02: Beaver Sheppard
Next up was renowned chef and musician: Beaver Sheppard of Country, Secret Secret Girl and occasionally Brandt Brauer Frick . He gave some insight on how to make intimate late-night, folk recordings.

Psych trippers, People Pretend gave tips on breakfast cereals, you can check out their fresh new single below.
15 Second Tip 04: Antoine93
We gave Antoine93 a lift to his gig opening up for Twin Shadow. He’d prepared us a diagram highlighting the importance of not overworking a track. Check out his new song, Extra Strong Via Dummy Mag
